cara neyh actly mama yg buat untuk dyla && ia sgt2 berhasil . well my mama kan Pharmacy, of course she noe what the best for her daughter :)
- Tiada lagi makanan selepas 6.30 pm
- Tiada lagi makanan ringan + air gas
- wajib take breakfast (roti/buah/susu/bijirin*nesvita)
- kne minum 8 gelas air masak sehari
- Jangan sentuh nasi untuk 1 month (tp ganti dgn mihun/spagheti/ratah lauk)
- every ptg/pg kne jogging 30 minit (or turun naek tangge uma dyla 100 times)
- mandi b4 makan
- minum air after 1 hour makan
- tido awal (kul 11 wajib tdo)
- tp kalau lapa makan la epal hijau :)
doakan dyla berjaya buat in 1 month okay :) sebab? ade laa~~
